Differences Between Models

Angel 5500: Made with food-grade stainless steel SUS-304, manual reverse system to free jam or overload.

Angel 7500: Made with food-grade stainless steel SUS-304, auto reverse system to free jam or overload automatically.

Angel 8500: Made with surgical-grade stainless steel SUS-316, auto reverse system to free jam or overload. Surgical-grade is more hygienic and resistant to chemicals.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANGEL JUICER 5500 and ANGEL JUICER 7500

The Angel Juicer 7500 and Angel Juicer 5500 both have a safety sensor which ensures that the motor stops if the feeding chute detects too much food in the system. This prevents potential damage to the machine. With the Angel 5500 you need to manually press the reverse button to clear the blockage by having the twin gear turn in reverse direction. The Angel Juicer 7500 has an automatic reverse function, which is, of course, more user-friendly.

Difference between "Food Grade" and "Surgical Grade" stainless steel

Chemical Composition of Stainless Steel Alloy

SUS-304 (Food Grade): Chromium 18.0~20.0%, Nickel 8.0~11.0%

SUS-316 (Surgical Grade): Chromium 16.0~18.0%, Nickel 10.0~14.0%, Molybdenum 2.0~3.0%, SUS-316 surgical grade stainless steel is more resistant to sea salt, sea water and de-icing salts.

The above two kinds of stainless steel grades are safe, does not leach out, does not react with food and does not rust.
