  • Used to press food down into the feeding chute (but not with an excessive force). Don't worry about the wooden pusher touching the twin gears; it will not damage the gears nor the pusher.
  • Made of high-quality birch wood used to make fine chopping blocks. Any accidental particles of cellulose scraped off from contact with the twin gears are non-toxic and will harmlessly pass through with the pulp.
