WARRANTY POLICY

At Angel Juicer America, we stand behind our products, service, and our customers. If there is any reason not be satisfied with your order, please contact us directly via email at support@angeljuiceramerica.com or by phone at (714)-389-2674. Should your product become defective, you can also count on us. All our products are covered by warranty of the supplier. The duration of this warranty is different with parts—the factory warranty offered by us does not affect the statutory warranty to which you are entitled as a consumer. Legal warranty means that a product must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect of it. If you wish to send back an item, you must notify Angel Juicer America in advance. If the product does not function properly immediately upon arrival, also contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable solution.

The limited warranty covers the original purchasers only and is non-transferable. Except as otherwise required under the applicable state law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. We warrant that your Angel Juicer be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use according to our limited warranty policy from the date of original purchase.

Some parts of "Wear and Tear" are not subject to any warranties. 10 year warranty is available for Motor, Reduction Main Gear, Reduction Safety Gear, Electric Main Board, Switch Panel, Motor Cooling Fan & Power Cord Inlet. We provide a 5 year warranty for Housing Filter, Twin Gear, Housing Filter Bushing, Twin Grinding Gear Bushing, Power Cord, Gear Box Head Bush & Gear Box Bush Retainer. No warranty is provided for Cleaning Brush, Premium Brush, Cleaning Knife, Wooden Pusher, Pulp Collector, Juice Collector, Silicon Sealing Ring, Fuse, Operation Manual & Others, as these are under wear and tear.

We suggest that you promptly complete the warranty registration on our website "WARRANTY REGISTRATION" or through the "SCANNING QR CODE" on the package box to facilitate verification of the date of original purchase and authentication of the product.

Your Angel Juicer has been manufactured with strict specifications and designed for use with Angel Juicer replacement parts. These warranties expressly exclude any defects or damages caused by other replacement parts, or repair services than those that have been authorized by Angel Juicer America. These warranties do not cover any damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, installation, commercial use, improper maintenance, shipment, or anything other than ordinary household use. The warranty is excluded when any repair services of machine disassembly or alteration are made by other repair services than those that have been authorized by Angel Juicer America.

For commercial settings with Angel Juicer for household use, only a 1 year warranty service after receiving the products is provided for applicable products. In terms of Commercial Angel Juicers, warranty only covers motor for one year from the date of delivery.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased through our authorized dealers or distributors, and operated in the fifty states of the U.S., including District of Columbia, and not including any other U.S. territories, commonwealths, possessions or protectorates.  This warranty does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by Angel Juicer America or damaged products or parts thereof which have had the Serial Number removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and protection, and you might also have other rights that vary from state to state, county to county. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies in this warranty statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. Except as indicated above, in no event will we be liable for direct, special, incidental or consequential (including lost profit), or other damages, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply.
