Warranty Policy
In case your product develops any defects, kindly reach out to us at support@angeljuiceramerica.com, attaching photos or video clips demonstrating the issues. This will enable us to promptly assist you. Upon verification of the defect at our service department, we will swiftly replace the faulty item with a brand new one. All our products are backed by the supplier's warranty. If your product malfunctions upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for prompt resolution.
For purchases made directly through the Angel Juicer America website or authorized dealers:
10-year warranty: Motor Base Unit (Main Body of the Juicer)
5-year limited warranty: Housing Filter, Twin Gear, Splash Guard
(Note: Limited warranty covers services like refinishing, polishing, and refurbishment, excluding full part replacements.)
No warranty on consumables
(Cleaning Brush, Premium Brush, Cleaning Knife, Wooden Pusher, Pulp Collector, Juice Collector, Silicon Sealing Ring, Fuse, Operation Manual & Others)
For purchases made through non-active dealers:
5-year limited warranty: Motor Base Unit, Twin Gear, Housing Filter, Splash Guard
No warranty on consumables
Items purchased over 5 years ago:
Subject to out-of-pocket expenses for repairs
Customer covers roundtrip shipping and repair fees
Used or Refurbished items:
7-year warranty: Motor Base Unit
5-year limited warranty: Housing Filter, Twin Gear, Splash Guard

Warranty for Commercial/Organization Use:
1-year warranty for commercial/organization settings
Commercial Angel Juicers (20K, 60K, 140K model): 1-year warranty on motor only
The warranty is valid for original purchasers only and is non-transferable. It does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, shipment, or any use beyond ordinary household usage. Warranty is void if repairs or alterations are conducted by unauthorized repair services.
This warranty applies to products purchased through our websites or authorized dealers and operated within the fifty states of the U.S., including the District of Columbia.
