Free Delivery and Returns for Angel Juicer Orders
At Angel Juicer America, you can think about your purchase of an Angel Juicer for 30 days. This way you can unpack your Angel, study and experience whether the Angel is completely to your liking as is allowed in a physical store. Within these 30 days the buyer can return the order without any returning fees being charged. This period of 30 days starts on the next day after receipt of the product.
To return your item, you need to send an e-mail with “Return Request” on the subject line at firstname.lastname@example.org and briefly explain the reason for your return. You will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with a return label that you can use to return your item. The RMA number will be assigned to your return package and indicated on the return label to be used at our Return Service Department. You must return the item within 30 days of free trial period from the next day after the receipt of the product, otherwise, the return label will be void and the return won’t be accepted.
You can return undamaged Angel juicer free of charge if:
– You request and confirm the return with an RMA number within the trial period of 30 days. The period starts on the next day after receipt of your order,
– The item is in its original condition and in the original packaging,
– AND the item is lightly used (Only used to juice a few times). It comes down to the fact that the product is only unpacked and/or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
– HOWEVER, If the product is not clean when returned or the product can no longer be reused or resold, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.
– If there is any missing parts or accessories, the value of the missing item will be deducted from the amount of refund.
– This return and refund policy only applies to Angel Juicer Orders that have been placed on or after 8/14/2023 in the 48 contiguous states in the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, commonwealths, possessions or protectorates, and Canada, shipping fees will be charged when placing an order and no return label is available but a full refund would be issued for the item according to the return and refund policy.
After receipt of the return, Angel Juicer America will refund the purchase price. Angel Juicer America will refund the returned amount as soon as possible to the original payment method of the buyer, within 5 business days after the receipt of the return at our return service department.

Please note: Any insurance costs for this return shipment are for the account of the buyer. Please pack your package securely to avoid any damages or loss during transit. Angel Juicer America does not take any responsibilities for the loss of or any damage to the package during transit as the consumers are legally responsible for this.
We may charge you for the depreciation of the products if the damage caused is the result of the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately within 24 hours from the time of delivery if there are any defects, damages, missing parts, and/or wrong item is sent so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- A defective item must be reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery, and a full refund will be issued after a process of inspection and confirmation with our service department that the item is indeed a defect.
Return and Refund for Parts or Accessories Orders
For parts or accessories orders, the buyer can have 30 days return window from the next day after receipt of the product. No return label is available for the return of parts or accessories. The buyer takes responsibility to pay the return shipping fees to return the item. 15% restocking fees will be charged if used, and a full refund will be issued if unused and undamaged. The refund process will be completed within 5 business days after the return has arrived at our return service department.
The fastest way to ensure a replacement is to return the item upon receiving as soon as possible if any defects found. Once the return is accepted and received at our return service department, you can request for a replacement or make a separate purchase for a new item after getting a full refund issued.
