Oat and Seeds for Juicing
Seeds are naturally hard to digest, as our bodies cannot break them open on their own. As a result, they often leave the body undigested – even though they are actually a rich source of valuable nutrients. Seeds are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and healthy fats that are important for hormone balance, digestion, energy, and skin health.
Pre-ground seeds from the store are not a great alternative.Once broken, they oxidize quickly in the packaging – without any visible signs or smell. Oxidized seeds can produce free radicals, which may damage cells and tissues.
By processing the seeds together with carrot juice in the Angel Slow juicer, the seeds are freshly crushed, and the nutrients bind directly to the juice. This allows your body to absorb them optimally – fresh, powerful, and without any loss in quality.
