Shipping Policy

SHIPPING ZONES AND FEES

Complimentary Shipping: We provide free ground shipping for orders surpassing $500 within the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska and Hawaii: Competitive shipping rates are offered. Puerto Rico, Panama, US Virgin Islands, and Barbados: Competitive shipping rates apply for deliveries to these regions. Mexico: Unfortunately, we do not ship to Mexico.

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Same Day Dispatch: Orders received before 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out on the same day.

Next Day Dispatch: Most orders placed after 3 p.m. will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, please note that occasional delays may occur, particularly during peak holiday periods.

Weekend or Holiday Orders: Orders made on weekends or national holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Signature Requirement: All juicers will be shipped with the Signature Required option, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Expedited Shipping (orders dispatched via 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air): Orders received before 3:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the same day. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping services.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated in business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in these estimates.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ORDERS

Requests for changes or cancellations to orders can be made provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Requests can be submitted via email to order@angeljuiceramerica.com or by calling our customer service department at 714-389-2674. Refunds typically take approximately 3-4 business days to be credited back to your payment account.

 

BACK ORDERS

Any unavailable items will be placed on back order, and the rest of your order will be shipped promptly. Additional shipping charges will not apply.
