We are dedicated in shipping out your orders to you as fast as possible, and getting your orders processed as quickly as possible. This means that items will be shipped out the same day if the order is received before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, unexpected delays in processing may occur, especially during the holiday season. Further delays may occur if items are out of stock or if there is a problem with payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
Expedited orders (orders shipped via 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air) are given priority in handling and will be processed the same day if received before 2:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Expedited orders received after 2:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the next business day. Extra charge will be assessed for the expedited shipping.
Shipping Methods are subject to change in accordance with carriers' circumstances in capabilities of delivering, under severe weather conditions, for the effectiveness in packaging, in order to expedite shipping process with competitive shipping fees, or in the case requested by customers.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are calculated in business days from the date that the order ships. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days and are not counted in the estimated shipping time.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please call or email during business hours to change your order, and have your order number ready. You may request a cancellation of your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 1 714 389 2674 during our business hours to cancel your order. As refund process takes time, you will receive credit back to your payment account within approximately 3-4 business days.
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please email at email@example.com in advance or call at (714) 389-2674 to our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Place the Return Authorization Number prominently on the return label of the shipping carton.
All returned items must be in unused or good condition and must be accompanied by all original content. Missing content will result in a reduced credit amount. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping to the return location provided by our customer service department.
Credit for returns are usually processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned merchandise, and posted to the appropriate credit account.
