Shipping Policy
SHIPPING ZONES AND CHARGE
- Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $500 to the contiguous 48 US states.
- Alaska and Hawaii: We offer very competitive shipping fee.
- Puerto Rico, Panama, US Virgin Islands, and Barbados: We ship to these countries with competitive shipping fee
- Mexico: We do not ship to Mexico.
SHIPPING PROCESS
- Same Day Shipping: Items will be shipped out the same day if the order is received before 3:00 p.m. PST.
- Next Day Shipping: Most orders after 3 p.m. will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, unexpected delays in processing may occur, especially during the holiday season.
- Orders on Weekends or Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped out on the first following business day.
- Signature Required: All juicers will be shipped with Signature Required Option unless requested otherwise by the customer.
- Expedited Shipping (orders shipped via 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air): The order will be processed the same day if received before 3:00 p.m., PST. Extra charge will be assessed for the expedited shipping.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days from the date that the order ships. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days and are not counted in the estimated delivery time.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
You may request a change/cancellation to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. You may request changes/cancellation to your order via email at order@angeljuiceramerica.com or phone calls at 714 389 2674 to our customer service department.
As refund process takes time, you will receive credit back to your payment account within approximately 3-4 business days.
BACK ORDERS
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
